Exceptional Precision: Computer controlled fluid-bed profile roasting when you place your order results in exceptional precision, uniformity and repeatability.
Peak Time: Your roasted coffee peaks in flavor 3-14 days after roasting, or choose immediate consumption profile so it peaks in 1-7 days.
Roast Levels: Light roasts tend to have brighter, delicate, yet complex flavor profiles. Dark roasts have deeper, woodier, but simple flavors. Specialty coffees on our site tend to benefit from slightly lighter roasts.
Roast Levels (Custom): Discover the perfect roast for your personal taste and methods. Order 3 x 100g bags at different roast levels such as 34, 38, 42 and see which you prefer. Re-order with smaller variations such as 33, 35, 37 to narrow your preference.
Fast Processing: Your order will be ready for pickup 48 hours after you place it. If you need coffee immediately, WhatsApp me to check if I can do a same-day roast. You pickup the same evening with a 1-7 day peak time and you can brew the next morning.

I started down the rabbit hole of great coffee in 2004 when I travelled through Italy and Spain, and gradually built my appreciation and skills over time. There's always more to discover!
Today, I roast on a Kaffelogic Nano, grind with a Niche Zero or 1ZPresso, and brew using a Lelit Bianca or pour-over. I want to share good coffee with my neighbours. I enjoy pour-overs, long blacks, and piccolo lattes, with my favourite being a micro-frothed flat white.
Sealed and roasted coffee are placed in a self-pickup tray outside my apartment within 48 hours after you place your order. Pickup any time 24hrs/day. If I'm in, please say hello!
Delivery via courier service is also available. Coffee is usually delivered 3 days after the roast date, when it is ready to be consumed.
